Alongside my academic research, I contribute to applied research and policy work in Vietnam, particularly on economic governance and the business environment.

Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI)

Since 2021, I have served as an Expert Consultant to the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI)/Provincial Green Index (PGI) Project.

I am a coauthor of the Vietnam Provincial Competitiveness Index, contributing across seven editions to survey design, data analysis, and drafting.

Other Policy Work

I have also contributed to policy reports on regional economic development and firms’ experiences with administrative and customs procedures in Vietnam. This work includes research on the Vietnam Eastern Highway Economic Region and assessments of business satisfaction with the National Single Window and export-import customs procedures.
